Omec has a range of large and small Machine tools, providing a facility to machine very large Fabrications and Castings.
The machine shop is manned 24 hours per day by skilled craftsmen all with considerable experience giving us an enviable reputation for quality.
Our machining services include Centre lathe turning, up to 3m dia and 14m between centres, Vertical and Horizontal boring up to 10m dia, with Milling and Planer Milling 3m x 4 m x 2.5m.
The Works Inspection Team monitors and control all aspects of the machine shop and have a fully equipped Standards Room with a full range of measurement and inspection equipment.
