FABRICATION

Omec can undertake Both large and small fabrications of very high quality with facilities for handling both Carbon and alloy steels. The largest single fabrication done to date is 112 tonne and the smallest at a few kilogrammes.
We have welding systems including manual metal arc, mig, tig and sub arc all are used on a variety of materials and thicknesses. Our welders are qualified to the various standards.
The fabrication shop is equipped with two 50 ton cranes and a 25 ton with bending and profiling equipment almost any work can be accommodated

Quality assurance with project records are done to our own high standards. We are accredited to ISO 9001 Module "D".

In House NDT is done by our qualified metallurgist.
